Be Yourself

Cricut, DS, ribbon & tags

Wheely Good Fun

First cricut & DS title I love thi set of pictures I think the sepia works well with the khaki, circles are a sizzix die

buttons & rub ons

BeBo Smiler

I love the brightness of this one. The tiles at the bottom are the little cork adhesive squares you get to go on furniture to stop it scratching etc & I inked a letter onto it the stuck a brad in, the green circles are from a recycling store & are factory foam inserts for the top of medicine bottles

Today I am 1

Lo class by Karen from Art cards the void area's are acetate panels I like how the flower seems to float there

Phoebe You

now I have a cuttlebug! first time embossing in this one & Phoebe with some really cute poses.

experimented with some hessian
embossing on acetate
and a little bit of chalking too

Baby Dan

a monochromatic LO another of Karen classes from Art cards

1st Day

on of the first Lo's I did at a crop ran by Karen of Art cards I like how it turned out

Growing Up so Fast

I loved the ribbon circle in this one I totally nabbed it from another scrapper years ago don't know who but it looked so cool I had to do it on a double spread lots of ribbons, buttons & rub ons on this one

Pigeon Pie

I could not believe the gaul of these pigeons they ate her Cake first then her crisps but Tabitha was still not bothered

eyelet setter one of my first purchases

Beach Babes

do you know what I just realised I did not even have a cuttlebug then! I had a zipemate first then a sizzix so these are pre-CB &CC

Easy Tiger

Dan was so still when he had his face painted he was 18months & mad on basket ball then, this is using CB hippy chick which I cut in black faux suede
the brads are covered in the suede too, hand cut arrows & hidden journalling

Butterfly

this one is home made rub ons which I have never done since but ought to was a little grainey but otherwise ok had a lot or trial runs though so am sure I wasted loads of ink! & the backing paper was wallpaper from B&Q!! home made brads again & butterfly punch

bean tin hair cut

this is wrapping paper & baked bean tin lid! with home made brads again nail varnish & white marker, before cricut & cuttlbug so the letters were hand cut!

Phoebe pink & black

hole punch, hammer, stamp, white embossing powder & a string of diamonte

My Angel

bridging the gap between card making & scrapbooking I used Iris folding on this one as well as my hole punch which was a leather work steel hand punch & a hammer I remember hammering away out the back with my friend we used such basic tools then!
I always like to hand write something on my pages as it makes it so much more personal when you have gone which I'm not planning to do any time soon!

My Pebble's

our first photo shoot & my first double LO the big leaf at the back was a promotional leaflet the brads were painted with nail varnish & dotted with a white marker I ran this one through the sewing machine too, we have always joked the hand stretch out one would be on Dans first album cover!

flower sniffer

autumn really basic with ribbons & punches
